Innovacorp today announced the appointment of Jennifer Robichaud as the corporation’s new director of corporate resource development, bringing with her over 13 years of regional and global human resources management experience.
Having held human resources management roles with BMO Financial Group, Flagstone Reinsurance, and ExxonMobil Canada, Ms. Robichaud has gained highly relevant organizational development experience within high growth small, medium and larger organizations.

As the director of corporate resource development, Ms. Robichaud will focus on human resources management, and facilitate annual business planning activities and corporate governance. Further, as part of Innovacorp's start-up business mentoring offering, Ms. Robichaud will extend both tactical and strategic human resources management advice to client companies.
