Peter Mugridge is the manager of incubation and operations at Innovacorp. He has been with the organization since its inception, having previously worked at Nova Scotia Research Foundation (NSRF) for 11 years.
Peter began as a certified electrical technologist and trained to become a certified electrician, eventually taking over the role of maintenance supervisor with NSRF. Today, Peter oversees the building operations for all Innovacorp’s facilities, including the Technology Innovation Centre, Innovacorp Enterprise Centre, and 101 Research Drive.
Peter has trained and worked in project management and project scheduling, having been the project manager for the facilities’ major renovations. He holds an executive MBA and a master’s degree in management from Lansbridge University. Peter has also completed several training programs related to occupational health and safety .
