We have four incubation facilities as part of our internationally recognized business model. These sites are premier destinations for early stage technology companies.

The Technology Innovation Centre in Dartmouth targets companies in the information technology and engineering industries and offers a reliable enterprise-grade voice and data network, redundant high speed internet services, and a dependable server hosting facility. The Innovacorp Enterprise Centre in Halifax focuses on companies in the life sciences and clean technology industries and offers specialized scientific infrastructure otherwise unavailable in the commercial real estate market. Opened in April 2011, this facility is part of the Life Sciences Research Institute, with proximity to universities, hospitals, a vivarium, the Brain Repair Centre, and the National Research Council.

Our Cape Breton and Middleton incubation facilities serve companies in a wide range of sectors.

We also manage a fifth facility, 101 Research Drive in Dartmouth, which is now home to an incubation graduate, Ocean Nutrition Canada  –  one of the region's most promising life sciences companies.
