As part of its High Performance Incubation (HPi)™ business model, Innovacorp manages two incubation facilities. The Technology Innovation Centre in Dartmouth targets companies in the information technology and engineering industries and offers a state-of-the-art enterprise-grade integrated voice and data network. The BioScience Enterprise Centre in downtown Halifax focuses on companies in the life sciences industry and offers specialized scientific infrastructure otherwise unavailable in the commercial real estate market. It is also minutes from universities, teaching hospitals and other research facilities. We also manage a third facility, 101 Research Drive in Dartmouth, which is now home to an incubation graduate - one of the region's most promising life sciences companies.
