Opening in April 2011, the Innovacorp Enterprise Centre will focus on companies in the life sciences industry and offer specialized scientific infrastructure otherwise unavailable in the commercial real estate market. The newly constructed facility will adjoin the planned Life Sciences Research Institute via an impressive atrium, and have proximity to universities, hospitals, a vivarium, the Brain Repair Centre, and the National Research Council.
