Join us on Thursday, March 18, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am for a panel discussion on start-up board governance. We’ve put together a fantastic panel to answer all of your questions on board governance for start-ups and beyond. Together we’ll hear three perspectives on questions such as:
- When and how to build your board
- What to expect from board members, and what they’ll be expecting of you
- Best practices for board meetings
- Navigating board relations as your start-up grows
- And more!
Meet the panelists:
Lidija Marusic: Life sciences investment manager, Innovacorp, Lidija is a seasoned board member having sat on boards of many private and some public companies.
Maureen Reid: President of BoardWorks Consulting, Maureen and her team coach the region's start-ups strategic planning and governance.
Rod Burgar: Independent consultant and former board chair at Innovacorp, Rod has much experience sitting on (and chairing) boards and has a rich perspective to share.
The session will be moderated by Innovacorp’s president and CEO, Malcolm Fraser.
