Rob Wadden, Grant Thornton 
Rob Wadden is principal at Grant Thornton and located in the Cape Breton office. He is an experienced business advisor with a focus on year-end accounting, tax and financial advisory services for First Nation and technology clients, and not-for-profit organizations. Rob looks at the broader financial and organizational environment to help clients find the right solution for their needs. 

Patricia MacNeil, Coastal Business CBDC
Patricia MacNeil is the executive director of Coastal Business Opportunities Incorporated, a Community Business Development Corporation. She serves on the executive and professional development committees of the Nova Scotia Association of CBDCs. Patricia also teaches in the Shannon School of Business at CBU and is active in various community groups.

Bob Pelley, Innovacorp  
Bob Pelley is Innovacorp’s regional manager for Cape Breton and northern Nova Scotia. In this role, he helps start-ups launch and grow, and cultivates a dynamic, high-growth entrepreneurial culture in the region. His support comes through his hands-on guidance for start-up founders as well as programs for the start-ups and the broader business community. His goal is to increase the volume and quality of the region's potential investment opportunities. 

Steven Lane, Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency 
Steven Lane is an account manager with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) in the Cape Breton office. He is responsible for economic development in Cape Breton. Steven oversees various programs and works to attract and grow businesses on Cape Breton Island and increase employment opportunities.

Craig MacMullin, Centre for Entrepreneurship, Education and Development
Craig MacMullin is president and CEO at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, Education and Development (CEED). He is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial and management accounting, operations and process-improvement methodologies. Craig is an effective change agent with a keen eye for growth and profitability strategies.
