Patrick Fitzgerald, Cox and Palmer
Patrick Fitzgerald is a partner with the Halifax office of Cox and Palmer. Rob Wadden, Grant Thornton
Rob Wadden is principle at Grant Thornton and is located in the Cape Breton Office. Rob is an experienced business advisor with a focus on year-end accounting, tax and financial advisory services for First Nation and technology clients, and not-for-profit organizations. Rob looks at the broader financial and organizational environment to help clients find the right solution for their needs.

Sarah Conrod, Cape Breton University
Sarah Conrod is the manager, industry partnerships & research commercialization at Cape Breton University. She is experienced in knowledge transfer and partnerships manager. Sarah is an knowledgeable in writing research grants and proposals as well as being well versed in funding avenues.

Steven Lane, Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA)
Steven Lane is an account manager with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency in the Cape Breton Office. He is responsible for economic development in Cape Breton. Steven oversees various programs and works with businesses to attract and grow business on Cape Breton Island and increase employment opportunities.

Bob Pelley, Innovacorp  
Bob Pelley is regional manager for Cape Breton and Northern Nova Scotia. He works closely with company founders implementing plans to grow the entrepreneurial and start-up ecosystem for Cape Breton Island and Northern Nova Scotia. Bob develops and guides innovative and hands-on programming and business advisory services to early stage entrepreneurs and the broader business community to increase the volume and quality of potential investment opportunities.
