Based on Diaphonics' Spike Server platform, the system is designed to provide defendants with pre-trial information, reporting schedules and electronic monitoring. The system leverages Spike Server's voice verification and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capabilities to ensure a high level of security and functionality.
