Jim has protected some of the most well-known companies in the world and is a recognized leader in the industry. At Mimir Networks, he leads the company's technology vision and product development. 

Joseph MacDonald, Manager, IT Services, Innovacorp ( – Joseph has more than 17 years of professional experience in the IT industry in a wide range of industries and positions, covering everything from small businesses to large corporations. Most notably, he spent 10 years in the casino and hotel industry, seven of which were spent working in Las Vegas, Nevada. While there, he worked at Caesars Palace and the Desert Inn, and spent five years as part of the opening team for Wynn Las Vegas. Joseph then headed back to Nova Scotia and joined the Innovacorp team in 2007.
