Innovacorp is proud to be a partner of the inaugural Atlantic Business Summit presented by East Coast Connected (ECC) on May 28 at the Rotman School of Management in Toronto. ECC is an organization dedicated to bringing the best of Atlantic Canada to Toronto and bringing the best of Toronto back to Atlantic Canada.
The Atlantic Business Summit will unite business, policy and academic leaders to examine business issues and opportunities in Atlantic Canada. The Summit will feature participation from great leaders like Frank McKenna, Richard Florida, Bernd Christmas, Andrew Coyne and Gordon Pitts, as well as senior officials from all four Atlantic provinces. It will be a “must attend” business networking event for anyone interested in doing business in Atlantic Canada.
Innovacorp’s president and CEO Dan MacDonald will participate in a panel discussion “What Will it Take to Transform Atlantic Canada’s Economy, So As to Grow and Prosper While Protecting our Unique Culture?" moderated by Andrew Coyne, national editor of Maclean’s magazine. The Atlantic Business Summit is expected to draw an audience of 250 expatriated Atlantic Canadian professionals in Toronto, and academic, policy and business leaders in Atlantic Canada.
